A faith-informed platform for growth and wellbeing.
The FaithWorks began with a simple conviction: people need more than advice.
The Faith Works (TFW) is a faith centered global platform that accompanies individuals and communities on a journey of healing, restoration, redemption, and thriving. Rooted in faith and informed by psychology, leadership, and lived wisdom, we create spaces where people are seen, believed in, and supported with compassion and care.
Who we are
Our Story

Annie Melinda
Co-Founder | People, Learning & Wellbeing
Annie Melinda is a business leader, executive coach, organizational development specialist, educator, and corporate trainer with over 15 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, coaching, business education, and people capability transformation. Her work has centred on helping individuals understand their strengths, navigate challenges, develop confidence, and grow both personally and professionally.
Alongside her professional work, Annie has been actively involved in Christian learning and community life. She has been a member of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) and has contributed to church-based programs including Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, supporting the learning and development of children and families within the church community. These experiences have strengthened her appreciation of the role that faith, community, mentoring, and values-based guidance can play in personal and family development.
She currently serves as Business Head at The Crossroads International (TCI) in Oman, where she leads initiatives across corporate learning, faculty development, career coaching, and research-driven educational solutions. She has designed and delivered leadership development programs, coaching interventions, faculty development initiatives, and experiential learning programs for professionals, graduates, and academic institutions across diverse sectors.
At TFW, Annie brings a strong people-first perspective, contributing to the development of its learning, mentoring, coaching, and personal growth ecosystem. She is particularly focused on creating resources and experiences that help individuals and families build resilience, discover purpose, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's transitions through faith, reflection, guidance, and practical support.
Her combination of professional expertise in coaching, education, and people development, together with her involvement in faith-based learning and community, supports TFW's vision of making meaningful personal, relational, and spiritual growth more accessible to the wider community.
