Susan Jacob is an accomplished human capital and organizational development professional with extensive experience in talent management, HR operations, leadership support, and people-centred transformation across technology, consulting, and service-driven environments.
Throughout her career, Susan has worked closely with people and teams, helping organizations build stronger cultures, improve collaboration, develop talent, and create structured environments where individuals can thrive. Her experience spans people management, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, process development, and organizational effectiveness.
At TFW, Susan brings a strong human and operational dimension to the founding team. She contributes to building the culture, systems, partnerships, and community practices that enable TFW to deliver its mission with consistency, empathy, and integrity.
Her particular focus is on creating an environment where people feel heard, valued, supported, and connected. Through her experience in people leadership, relationship management, and organizational development, Susan helps translate TFW's values into the way the platform engages with counselors, mentors, families, faith communities, and its wider network.
